Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries and bookings made with Badrinath Air Support for Char Dham, Do Dham, Same Day Kedarnath, Same Day Badrinath and related helicopter pilgrimage services. By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment / advance and share a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email or official message) from our team. Seat availability on helicopter flights depends on flying slots, weather and operator schedules.

2. Documents & Passenger Details
Every passenger must provide valid government photo ID and other details required for helicopter booking and helipad verification (name, age, weight, contact number). Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to denied boarding without refund of non-refundable charges.
A medical fitness declaration may be required for high-altitude helicopter travel. Passengers with serious heart, lung or other medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
3. Payment
Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and may change based on season, fuel costs, government fees or helicopter operator rates. Final price will be confirmed before payment.
Advance payment is required to block seats. Balance payment deadlines will be shared in your booking confirmation. Payments must be made only to official bank accounts / UPI IDs shared by Badrinath Air Support. See our Online Frauds Caution page before transferring money.
4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
What is included (helicopter transfers, hotels, meals, VIP darshan, ground transport, etc.) is listed on each package page and in your confirmation. Anything not mentioned is excluded — including personal expenses, palki / pony / pith services, travel insurance, tips, and extra nights caused by weather or personal choice.
5. Weather & Flight Delays
Helicopter operations in the Himalayas depend on weather, visibility and DGCA / operator flying permissions. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons.
- We will try to rearrange the next available flying slot at no extra helicopter cost where possible
- Extra hotel stay, meals or road travel due to weather delays are generally at the pilgrim’s own cost unless stated otherwise in writing
- Timings on itineraries are indicative and may change on the day of travel
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the package, operator rules and how close the request is to travel date:
- Cancellations 7 or more days before departure: refund of paid amount minus processing / non-refundable operator charges
- Cancellations within 7 days: refund terms vary by package and may be limited or nil for helicopter tickets already issued
- No-show at the helipad, late arrival, or denial of boarding due to incomplete documents / excess baggage: generally non-refundable
Weather cancellations by the operator are handled as per the applicable helicopter / ticket policy shared at booking. Contact us for the exact refund applicable to your case.
7. Baggage & Weight Limits
Helicopter baggage is limited (typically 5 kg per person). Excess baggage may not be allowed. Passenger weight limits apply as per aircraft capacity and operator rules. Soft bags are preferred.
8. Conduct & Safety
Passengers must follow all safety instructions from pilots, ground staff and our coordinators at helipads and temples. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or who endangers flight safety.
9. Liability
Badrinath Air Support coordinates pilgrimage packages and works with DGCA-certified helicopter operators and ground partners. Flight operations are carried out by licensed aviation operators. We are not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural events, government restrictions or force majeure
- Loss or damage of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on our part
- Temple queueing, roadblocks, or third-party service failures beyond our control
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergency and high-altitude travel.
10. Changes to Itinerary
We may change the order of dhams, helipads (Phata / Sersi / Guptkashi, etc.), hotels or day plan when required for weather, slot availability or operational safety. The spiritual purpose of the yatra will be maintained wherever possible.
11. Website Content
Package descriptions, photos and sample itineraries on this website are for information. Final confirmed details are those shared in your booking confirmation. We may update packages and prices without prior notice on the website.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
